It is with sadness we announce that our first and oldest Pine Lodge doodle passed away peacefully on October 25th, 2017. Black Diamond Judy, or Judy as we called her, lived a very full life of 131/2 years. A loving mother, she provided 31 puppies which became loving companions for families throughout the country.
Judy came to Pine Lodge when she was 11/2 years old. Her parents were Rocky Black Diamond, a black Labrador retriever, and Adora Princess, a black poodle; this made her a Standard F1 Labradoodle.
Upon retiring at the age of 4, Roy and Heidi loved her spirit so much they could not part with her. She spent her retirement frolicking in the field, running along fences, and being a companion and mother-figure to many of the grown dogs at Pine Lodge. Judy loved it when people would come to see her, even children.
We love you and already miss you so much, Juju!
My sincere condolences. It is a sad day when we lose our fur babies.
Thank you for being that wonderful beginning to all of our loving pups!
So sorry for your loss of sweet Judy!
I’m so sorry for your loss, I know she was blessed to have a incredible family❤️
I know that she a great life, Heidi & Roy. She was the Matriarch and I’am sure very proud.
